MOHI is an award-winning Māori neo-soul artist from Henderson, West Auckland, whose music weaves te reo Māori, traditional storytelling, and contemporary soul.
His debut album The Flowers That Grow From Concrete Pavements is out now and has been a major success, producing multiple chart-topping singles on the NZ Music Singles Charts in 2025.
In 2024, MOHI won Best Te Reo Māori Album and Best Male Artist at the Māori Music Awards and received nominations for Best Māori Artist and the Mana Reo Award at the 2025 Aotearoa Music Awards. He is also the recipient of the APRA Maioha Award for his waiata “Me Pēhea Rā.”
MOHI has taken his music to international audiences with a showcase at FOCUS Wales and most recently performed on the Matariki National Broadcast, viewed by over one million people nationwide, cementing his place as one of Aotearoa’s most important contemporary Māori voices.
