Important information regarding Lewis Capaldi’s New Zealand tour:

As he mentioned on stage at Glastonbury on the weekend, Lewis Capaldi is taking some time off and has now confirmed that he will not make it to  New Zealand next month for his sold out run of headline tour dates due to health reasons.

Tickets will be automatically refunded in full to the original payment method used for purchase and patrons do not need to take any action.

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Lewis Capaldi is a singer and songwriter from West Lothian, Scotland. His debut single, " Bruises,” was released on March 31st, 2017, and has since notched up over 25 million plays on Spotify.

With the Scottish singer-songwriter's new album Broke By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent set to be released in May next year, Capaldi will arrive in the country with a series of new – and no doubt – heart-wrenching songs from the new album as well as crowd favourites.

In most cases, refunds will be automatically processed to the credit card used to complete the transaction.

Automatic refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to be processed to the card that was used to complete the transaction, once processed, please allow a further 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your statements.

Only the original credit card holder will receive a refund via the method outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via “Ticket Forward”, you will need to contact the original account/credit card holder for your refund.
