You will also need to login or register to complete your purchase via the ticket agent – this is a separate login to your Secret Sounds account.

For people who purchased tickets to Lewis Capaldi's previously cancelled 2023 tour, a Past Ticket Holders Presale will go live on Thursday 10 July, 11am local until Monday 14 July, 11am local. 

If you have opted in to receive communications from Secret Sounds, and are a past purchaser, you will receive an email from Secret Sounds with information on access ahead of the presale. 

Access to the Past Purchase Presale does not guarantee you tickets.

Past Purchaser’s will receive an email today, Tuesday 8 July, their access to the Past Purchase Presale. If you don’t receive this email, contact us here. 

Details with your presale access will be sent Thursday 10 July, 7am (local time). Past Purchaser’s will receive an email on Tuesday 8 July, confirming their access to the Past Purchase Presale.

If you are a past purchaser, but didn’t receive an email from Secret Sounds, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

• It may have landed in your spam or junk folder.
• You are not currently opted in to receive marketing communications from Secret Sounds (AU) or Live Nation New Zealand (NZ).The email used to purchase tickets previously is no longer active, has changed, or you no longer have access to it.

All Secret Sounds customers have now received their email to enter the Lewis Capaldi 2023 Past Purchase presale. If you didn’t receive our presale access email, please contact us here with your proof of past purchase and we will send you the presale link.

Those subscribed to Lewis Capaldi’s mailing list were emailed with unique presale links to purchase tickets in the Artist Presale, starting Thursday 10 July 2025, 2pm local time.

The Spotify Fans First Presale is not managed by Live Nation and Secret Sounds. 

Those eligible for the Spotify Fans First Presale will be emailed with links and a presale password to purchase tickets in the Spotify Presale, starting Friday 11 July 2025, 2pm local time.

All patrons were provided with “Pre-order ‘LC3’ from the Universal AU Store on any format before 5pm AEST Wednesday 9 July 2025, and received an exclusive ticket presale code for the forthcoming 2025 Australian Tour. 

Please note registrations have now closed and all codes from Universal have been distributed – We suggest you try with the Secret Sounds presale. 

If you missed out during the presales – don’t worry, the general ticket onsale begins at 12pm local time Monday 14 July.
